dont think so unless they update already the iso to newest build i guess they will do it when TH2 is ready
AFAIK M$ is going to Keep the ISO as RTM 10240 Build for free upgrades till 29 July 2016 and there after we can expect newer ISO's with updated RTM build.
The digital signature of the new installler is "20 August 2015" but the iso from esd has more size (in pro x64 spanish: 3,25 gb - 3,89 gb). When I delete this file (media creation tool) put that the version is: 10.0.10240.16480
I just used the Media Creation tool last night to download the ISO hoping that it would download a new ISO but it installed the same old build 10240
This means the Answer to the Question is No the Media Creation Tool is not integrating updates? If so then what about the refresh ESD ??
Hey J, if I'm not mistaken win is still 240, and only the rest of the lab number changes until a major release changes the build. You can see updates to the build by the secondary number. 10249 16384, if the 16384 is not this, then the ISO reflects the updates added to the ISO.
How about when you download an ISO with the Media Creation tool? How do you know what build you are getting without installing it?
Just downloaded the Windows 10 Pro ISO using the Media Creation Tool again. Previous size was 3.10GB, this new ISO is 3.26GB! So I guess this should be a newer build. Formatting right now.
