    Skaendo hasn't updated the OP in over a month; I've been keeping my table I posted in that thread up to date though. Otherwise install updates and use DWS (Destroy Windows Spying) to remove any sketchy updates from 7.

    thank you for that tip, i have followed the rest, i have also looked on the board to see if you have posted Destroy Windows Spying the 1 i have got isdws lite 1.6 final is that the right one again thank you.

    ive been using these 2 programmes and i got a notice today on my windows 7 to upgrade to 10. i thought these where to stop that thanks.

    thanks just got it now, i did have the pop up the other day to update to 10.
