    They work over here. I just tested it to see if the links are working. 7.10mb for the X64 and 6.92mb for the X86

    Restarting the Windows-Update-Service didn't help.

    Will have another look into it tomorrow.

    I'm using Windows-8.1-Pro-WMC-Update-1-x64-Retail.

    There is maintenance on MS server right now.
    I will try to post offline troubleshooters installation here.
    I already told this in 1st post...
