You can use ReFS v1-1 and v1-0 on W8-0 and later. (You can use ReFS v1-2 on W8-1 and later.) You can use ReFS v2-x on W10TH1 and later. You can use ReFS v3-x on W10TH2 and later.
This CBS.log is new and have no errors if you used manual 15063 dedup pack on 15063 system , most files in C:\Windows\servicing\Packages will be removed and the CBS get corrupted make a clean install

Remove "Microsoft-Windows-Dedup-ChunkLibrary-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.15063.0" by: Dism /Online /Remove-Package /PackageName:Microsoft-Windows-Dedup-ChunkLibrary-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.15063.0 2. Enable Windows Foundation in OS features CP, it will add this package to the package listing: Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.15063.0 | Installed | Foundation (...without foundation, it will not work) 3. Install again, but use files from my pack. BTW: Which edition you have?
Thank you both (at @abbodi1406 too), you pointed me in the right direction; because a friend of mine had the same result, I thought it was a package problem, maybe with my Italian Language. At the end I found a corruption with the CBS store; I reinstalled 1703 over the existing installation and this fixed the CBS and the installation of the package too. Thank you very much! Alex
