Yes, I know about DHT - it was always enabled. The problem was related to the type of internet connection I was using. It was a public wi-fi connection (which I had legitimate access to) but utorrent would not connect to any DHT nodes with this connection. I switched to my own USB modem connection and all files downloaded without problem (very fast too)!. Thanks for your responses.

Crashing constantly after installation Medo3abred, first thank you for the efforst. However, sadly, every office 2013 application crashes. EDIT > I knew what caused the crash, details below I managed to grab the Office Pro Plus, downloaded, unpacked, installed fantastically , no issues . However, every time I launch Word, Powerpoint, or any other Office 2013 application, it crashes right after the editor appears, every time, giving me "Microsoft Word has stopped working". It then tries to find a solution, but does nothing. What I did after installation, is launching Cody's Office Toolkit 2.4 Beta7 , then in the Tool, I selected "KMS Service Server", as you suggested in the main post, and installed. When I saw office crashes every time, I uninstalled this activation tool, but nothing changed, It still crashes. So I said, it's not the crack. But what is it? Did you test it urself? what could it be ? EDIT : I discovered the reason, it was an add-on by Abbyy PDF Transformer 3 , which caused Office 2013 programs to crash. To disable it, I ran Word in safe mode (Start > Run > "WinWord /safe") and from options , manage add-ons , then manage Com add-ons , then un-check Abbyy add-on
