    Good idea. But not working ._.

    I try only use x64 file. Replace in System32 on a x64 OS (14393.0), try with en_US files and fr_FR from my main OS Win7 x64. Nothing is happening when Right click Taskbar > Task manager.
    I try, desperately, use x32 + x64 files, try with System32 + SystemWOW64, but same situation.

    What about just to put it in Program Files and create regular link? :)

    For Task Manager the Sysinternals Process Explorer is best anyway. This can replace regular TM even on hotkey.
