    I have found the cause of the problem, but I can't fix it because I would need a better hosting account, but I'm not able to buy any better hosting account for this purpose currently.


    The cause of the problem is that the Microsoft server very slowly responds, and mine script waits for response. Because of that some idiots can DoS the website by simply spamming F5 key on their keyboard because of the limit of max 3 active PHP processes...
