    Windows 7 home premium COEM, It is not possible to download. ( Attention!!!
    Generation of links to the software-download.microsoft.com service - is paused. ) it gives this error . PC Toshiba Satallite L750D-15E. I want to download the OEM operating system because it does not remove the hardware. This is the only place I trust. TechBench by WZT. but I can not solve this problem.
