It has not yet gone RTM if that is what you are asking. Current Insider Beta Build is 10.0.17115.1.rs4_release.180302-1642

the last win10 i have is the anniversary update,, should i download v1709 or wait for the new one ?

You are way behind. The Curators Update was released 1 year ago, then Fall Creators Update last Sept. You can download the Spring Creators Update UUP Files to make your own ISO's now as many of us have already done.
