Whoa that was quick. Any idea how LE version of Win 8.1 differed from Core/Pro/Single Language? Can't seem to find any detailed info about LE. Also latest ISO of Win 8.1 on MSDN is update 1 right?
Professional LE probably means "Professional Legacy Edition". It contains the same indexes (Core + Professional) as normal version, but it contains Update 1 instead Update 3. These ISOs were available on MSDN before December 2014 if i recall correctly.
But Win 8.1 Core/Pro ISOs on MSDN too contain Update 1 only? So how is it any different? Are you sure its "Legacy Edition" not "Live Edition"? Any official details/documentation about LE would be so helpful, but I am unable to find it.
There is no official documentation. Current MSDN ISOs are Update 3. LE ISOs are Update 1. This is the only difference. EDIT: I have checked SHA-1 checksum, and the LE ISO is indeed the old MSDN ISO.
