    Never got IP banned, temp quarantined yes, and techbench dump also works fine.

    I also can longer find a german ISO of LTSB 2016 x86 and x64. I found 2 ISO's on download-market but all of them have broken wim images..

    Oh right, it works by using VPN. Thanks! It's one of those sites that gets messed up with my ISP sometimes. It isn't blocked, but just refuses to load.
