At the OP you can find all info about the content of the iso's and esd's. Business is all VL editions on one iso.

A happy success story: Today I updated the old clunker Test rig 2 (w/ SSD) & W10 x86 from v1703 (b15063.1058) to this new v1803 using WU. The DL, prep, install & 2 restarts after Disk Cleanup all went very fast. I am totally stoked that my 16bit app is working on this new Redstone version. So far what I have tested has been working very well, Including Disk Cleanup (w/ system) which took 30 minutes on v1703 now only took 2-3 minutes.
nope, i will discuss this here, and will wait for mods to delete and warn my post. in this thread we were already discussing problems issues and bugs related to win 10 1803 since nobody actually post in praise of 10 how good and perfect it is. making another thread for that discussion and making it sticky is just useless and unnecessary and lets say stupid. by that logic if someone create another discussion thread for bugs and issues for 1709 and ltsb 1607, i hope mods will permit it and will not merge it in original thread. that another discussion thread needs to be merged in this original thread.
I can understand that this tread needs to be clean and tidy with download and info of the build ! but it looks childisch to put in no discussion just my 2 cents
