    msu files contain those cab files, too, and msu files can be opened using 7zip or something similar.

    Yep, me too. But it does show up on WU when configured to use WSUS. I waited for 4-ish days for 1803 to show up on WU, but it never did.

    NTlite uses it's own (undocumented) way to access DISM API, i don't trust it hence don't use it.

    Use dism /export-image to convert your install.esd to install.wim, replace the install.esd by install.wim in the sources directory and create an updated iso with W10UI.

    The only purpose of this thread seems to be ISO providing these days, did you even read the OP?

    Do I need KB4135051 or only KB4103721 after fresh install from ISO?

    The updates being CUMULATIVE would suggest you only need the most current one, KB4103721 is the only needed one + the FLASH update..

    This is odd. MS removed it on my machine with today's update. It just says "Get started" now.

    It seems to me that you are confused, the option of which I speak and which has been talked about for quite some time here is in Settings-Privacy-Diagnostics & Feedback.

    nope.
    Microsoft people have said they haven't been able to reproduce the bug consistently. Besides, the few entries on the Feedback Hub have received very little upvotes. For all of us with the issues, the bug is very real.

    Okay, thank you.
    I just made a huge Windows update and the bug is still active (for me).
    I also had this bug when i installed Windows 10 (different versions) on a virtual machine.

    Let's hope Microsoft will be able to fix it.

    Running background apps (Edge in particular) and Feedback set to Automatic, are very convenient settings for MS, I am sure, they will be in hurry to fix those, after they will run out of excuses. :evil:
