    They were on 17134.5, not knowing that .48 is higher then .5 ;)

    Added to the OP:

    Feedback Frequency fix for Home/Core users via registry:

    Code:
    Reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection" /v "DoNotShowFeedbackNotifications" /t REG_DWORD /d "1" /f >nul 2>&1

Change "1" to "0" to revert back to Insider Controlled.
    It wil set it to "Never" :)

    Be aware MSFT always can come up with their own solution, via CU.

    pl do the abnormal shut down the system by long pressing the power button. the next time you will be in troubleshoot page.

    OP of that tool clearly states the EVALs are used to create the MVS ISOs via respective SVF patches. The result will always be a MVS ISO (Consumer or Business aka Volume).
