You're correct, the ProfessionalWorkstation sku's are missing from the 17134.112 MVS Consumer ISO:. I think the Business ISO has still the VL versions of them... MS Just removed the non-VL versions then from the consumer iSO ??? Strange strangeā¦ But Ok we'll have to put up with it I guess
Just never use refresh iso's when you simply can create a more uptodate iso yourself using the bas 17134.1 iso and the most current updates.
Thanks for the update and the information Yes indeed thanks that is what I did haha I just took the boot.wim and a WinRE.wim from the refresh ISO and applied updates to it. For integrating updates to the consumer and business install.wim I will use the base 17134.1 ISO indeed...
i provide some ed2k links for some files, do note that sha256 hash is in the filename. always verify files after download using other sources, like mdl. ed2k file id system is based on md4 and therefore not good enough for most cases. newbie warning! if you are new to ed2k system or do know nothing about it, then quick answer would be following, do not use ed2k system unless you have done some basic learning about ed2k system and networking. basically not for newbies. some ed2k clients are emule and amule. Spoiler: ed2k links Code: ed2k://|file|en_windows_10_business_edition_version_1803_updated_jul_2018_x64_dvd_12612769.iso_100b3c27f080800ef6514c9ffeb9a85cf55182925e377e6abe31612f46f83fc2.iso|5033668608|5d881534caa00909b18a4688f8f54ca8|/ ed2k://|file|en_windows_10_business_edition_version_1803_updated_jul_2018_x86_dvd_12612758.iso_14a49906b9fc81883398270a4e6187a6264ebe42ee7682dbb2d56a4a131e23a6.iso|3811407872|70f03cc3cce71e871aa96a92ca9006f1|/ ed2k://|file|en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1803_updated_jul_2018_x64_dvd_12712603.iso_12e92e317b6c5f7a0d762aca1a4761b8e000f7ecf8ed986a860bae492a142ac3.iso|5046472704|7421968eca122c1aa4937fdbcee272ef|/ ed2k://|file|en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1803_updated_jul_2018_x86_dvd_12711391.iso_b481d3f2398665eb76754bf98c65c3a75a84233c1a0231710c3a6d01d07751bb.iso|3789320192|feb1e24117ce413928d788828bcdb28d|/
I am sorry: I see no way to create a new thread Something bad happened with 1803 with last update: I can no more freely plug in non-system SATA SSDs as I earlier did The system behaves oddly and literally dies. Even the Edge dies - not instantly, but it just simulates work for a couple of minutes, loses form text input and finally closes without history trails What is the root cause and what may be workaround?
I guess, I am the only person, who manages to bring Windows to the breaking point (never heard about such an error).
A breakpoint is a deliberate halt in executing program code (like the PAUSE commands one inserts into batch files to see what happens exactly). Normally breakpoints should be completely removed from release software. Seems like they forgot a few.
I am a little confused. I currently have Enterprise en-gb which was made from these two images: en-gb_windows_10_business_editions_version_1803_updated_march_2018_x86_dvd_12063335.iso en-gb_windows_10_business_editions_version_1803_updated_march_2018_x64_dvd_12063708.iso I understand the current version is now 17134.112 - does this make my enterprise images out of date when I patch with the latest Cumulative Update? Should I download 17134.112 and recreate my Enterprise images?
The current version is 17134.167 (by CU). 17134.112 is the most current MVS/VLSC MSFT released iso. Best is to integrate the most current ssu, flash and CU in the base iso 17134.1.
