Sorry for ignorance, but is there an ISO file that includes a version of Windows 10 S? Or only through the same installer provided by Microsoft? Thanks

All ISO's on MDL are official MSFT released iso's, always check the SHA-1, all info is at the OP of every build thread.
actually the 1803 Sept 2018 ISO images from MSDN contain build 285, (KB4457128) instead of 228 I just checked this myself when clean installing this version and I have build 17134.285 flash player update KB4457146 for 1803 also integrated in this ISO as I checked the Installed Updates list lucky msdn users who get this new version
