    Could be related to the 'Function Discovery Resource Publication' service, which I read is now responsible formaking your device visible on the network. Apparently it defaults to Manual setting and sometimes doesn't start, but setting to Auto fixes it.

    It was a BIG jump, 391 > 397. Must have a lot of changes!

    this is the most important changes...now for find all the change for a big update gpu you need look deeper than usually and if you find forum or site with all changes changelog list.

    i think the hololens will become rs4 1804 and not the OS...i just see buildfeed change too hololens 17134.1004
