    Yes, it should be the same build as current Fast/Slow/RP rings builds (No Skip Ahead), the same as current UUP dump->ISO build, and the same as current ESD->ISO build.

    If Microsoft won't screw up RTM again (very unlikely at this point), it will also be the same build as final official ISO and Media Creation Tool upgrades when it will be released to the public.

    TL;DR Who already clean installed 17134.1 is good to go. It's the final RS4, for real this time ;)
