    Tried to do an inplace upgrade, but wont let me keep installed apps. I was hoping it would do it without installing apps again as I only updated to 17133.73 4 days ago!

    Then you have the wrong version iso make sure you have the iso with the right indexes and same language ;)

    I am running win 10 pro (installed us-en version), 1803.17133.73.

    I updated from LTSB to pro (MS downloaded ISO, latest till a week or so ago), then used .CAB file to update to .73.

    So what version am I looking for?

    please tell, what's the difference between Consumer and Business? Does it matter if I install Business on my PC?

    Check the OP, clientconsumer = OEMRET and Clientbusiness = VL, for sku's check the OP.
