    I don't think it will create windows.old folder on upgrade.

    he always create windows .old when using setup files or WU or any kind upgrade...

    Yes and as soon as upgrade/install is finished you can delete Windows.old.

    Before trying the new MCT later, hover with your mouse over the EXE and check if it shows a Fileversion of '10.0.17134.1'. If it still shows older build it wasn't updated.

    Can confirm build number is the same old from official ISO from Microsoft servers
