No, hotfix will only take you to 17133.xxx. There's no way for a hotfix to go to 17134.x. Either get the ESD as suggested, or try WU which should eventually give you the Feature Update to 17134.1.

For all we know, we might wait till 1809, maybe it was done on purpose? Just like background apps? Better to disable both, if it gets fixed, you will be able to change it normally.

I see this bug at any upgrade of the RS5 Had to run diskpart and remove letter. Guess it is possible to set atributes of this recovery partition to exclude assigning letter during upgrade.

The ISO downloaded from heidoc/adguard Win10_1803_English_x64 has Enterprise variant into it. Is it safe to say the enterprise in not VL and that the iso is itself consumer version?

 

Has anyone this ADK version ?

crap, I did not realize that windows update will re-enable itself after a while, even if you disable the service, WTF

I'm one of the minority who have enountered this rare bug, but in this build has the issue with the store and UWP apps resolved? The issue is that after x amount of time the store stops working (store endlessly tries to update but fails) and core apps stop launching.
