1st create a new Folder in C:/ Drive and name update Download CAB. File to update Folder Open CMD w Admin and paste this in When done you will have to restart PC. dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"C:\update\Windows10.0-KB4135051-x64.cab If the File Name does not match above then delete CAB. File Name and paste in Name of CAB File you downloaded.

I know its not the right place, but you are all soo skilled about windows builds... So can i get the 2016 ltsb via uup? I select the 1607 build from the uup list, and the enterprise n edition right? Or the true ltsb only from the microsoft.com download iso link? Thank you for your help! Have a nice day/night!
No, LTSB editions aren't even on Windows Update, that's their plus, they never will be upgraded by WU. So, no LTSB on UUP.
@Ratha ITC @TECHNOMAN thanks for your post. I did a clean-install from esd-->iso. System info: Windows 10 build 17134.1 64-Bit File size is calculated correctly. Problem is with Folder size.

problem is with Folder size. Individual file size is correctly shown. also If i hover over folder, correct size appears. I have removed Users folder from Indexing.
