I have now got a new computer with Windows 7 and have also an 'old' HP computer with Vista Home. Briefly, I find that I cannot drag around or place in the order I want them, files within a folder. Eg, in my 'Finances' folder when I open it, I would like to drag some files into the order I want them to be. There may be a mix of Excel files and Word files and even simple Notes. But if I try to drag/move them side be side they resolutely stay stuck in position. In my Vista Finances folder I can drag the files into any order I wish.
