@ExtremeGrief Do you have WinXP-IE Optional Patch Integrator v3.2.0.2b ? Use only Option settings (4, I) Dietmar
Hi, everyone To borrow your knowledge, I successfully installed xp on my computer CPU:9900K Motherboard: ASUS m11a Hard disk: 860evo After the test, the drivers have been installed, but the reading and writing speed of the hard disk is very amazing, reaching read 8990mb / s and write 8466mb / s. I think this is abnormal. At first, I thought it was a driver problem. Later, when I tested without installing the driver, the results were the same, but it would be very stuck when playing the game. Who knows the reason?
@diderius6 I borrowed your method. After successfully driving the nvme in the XP system, the computer successfully found the Samsung nvme970evo in the device manager, but the hard disk is not displayed in my computer. I want to install xp on the Samsung nvme. Can you tell me the specific method?
@ExtremeGrief Make a try with Option (N) in Ramsey XP for AMD USB. This driver can be also installed later Dietmar
I found out USB is working actually, but i have another problem My XP install doesnt see any storage devices My SATA HWID is PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_43C8&SUBSYS_10621B21&REV_01 I couldn't find any SATA driver which supports it...
@ExtremeGrief Yes with nlite. There is also a description, how to integrate storport.sys into Setup CD of XP Dietmar 1) Copy the storport.sys file to the \i386 folder of the Windows XP SP3 installations CD. 2) Edit file DOSNET.INF, look for line d1,scsiport.sys and put d1,storport.sys below this line. There will be 2 such places, so let's do it 2 times, it will be like this: 1 2 d1,scsiport.sys d1,storport.sys 3) Edit file TXTSETUP.SIF, look for line storprop.dll and after not storport.sys = 1,,,,,,3_,4,0,0,,1,4 it should look like this: 1 2 storprop.dll = 100,,,,,,,,3,3 storport.sys = 1,,,,,,3_,4,0,0,,1,4 4) Next, integrate the driver
@diderius6 The following value in the .SIF file used by Setup is corrupted or missing: Value 1 on line 0 in section [Keyboard] Setup cannot continue. To quit Setup, press F3.
