@alanfox2000 Nevermind, apparently I made a mistake when I made the portable.bat file. I somehow managed to miss the remove.bat part of the script. I copied the raw text again, now it works properly. @Dajjal Evil do what I did, maybe you're having the same issue. Just copy the raw text into notepad and save it as a .bat file, make sure the entire text is copied.
Impressive work @alanfox2000 -- I'm ceaselessly amazed at people (like you) saving Microsoft from themselves! I know that's not the intention, it's to make 'Clown Slop OS' actually actually usable in the real world -- thank you!
