    Hello, I used HPBC280.EXE to mod bios my CQ40, but I did not create EEPROM backup. Now my DVD writer gets malfunction. o_O.
    Someone help me restore my CQ40's default EEPROM please. Thank you so much!!!:)

    But I want EEPROM data not Bios data. When you run HPBC280.EXE in DOS you will see option Save to EEPROM File.
    I want that file:).
