Get PREVIOUS version of the original BIOS from Intel & DOWNGRADE
Then upgrade (or at least try, I do not know if you mobo will do that) to the modded BIOS

    Hi,

Thats what I wanted to do, but they do not have the "old" BIOS for download.

    Small update..
Googling for "BF86510A.86A.0075.P24.EB.EXE" did give me the link to the old BIOS.
I'm going to give it a downgrade and update go tomorrow.

    I'll keep you posted.

    Thank you for the info.

Flashing it back to and old version was no problem.

The problem that I'm having now is that after running IFLASH (in booted true dos), selecting the "patched" .bio, it asks me to remove the floppy (in my case USB stick), and press enter to continue.

Doing so makes the PC reboot (as it should), but than it boots into the OS (windows XP), and NO BIOS update is done.

I've tested the above also with the "official" .bio from Intel, and than all is okay it updates the BIOS to P25-007

I'm about to give up on this board.
