My preinstalled Windows 7 6B57nr 64 bit home prem notebook was purchased Brand new in 2011, w/no repairs, modifications or upgrades. After 2 yrs.,some major problems w/ hardware & driver errors occur. I sys. restore, then try to install the sys recovery disks,(both w/ no success) ran diagnostics & dsk chk is ok; last, I load hp Sp1 Recovery install disks. After install disks complete, Windows starts up normal; after 2 min., msg box indicates the reinstall failed; I copied details with a USB drive (see below)its impossible for a 32 bit factory version to be in a 64 bit system for 2 years without problems.... Home Basic 32 bit was not available in 2011.... is there a fix possible???....help!!!!
