Some posts say there are some, other posts say it'll self adjust. I have the TCP setting optimized in XP, and 7 is a full 2mb slower on DL and .15mb slower on up- this is consistent going from one and booting into other (my processor doesn't support virtualization). What is the final verdict on tweaking Windows 7 connections?
Try to disable TCP/IP autotuning: Open command prompt with Administrator Right then digit: netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled
