I get this error sometimes in Event Viewer. Searching on Google for solutions gives ms 10s of diff. answers with no straight forward solution does anyone know how to fix this
I fixed it by going to C:\Users\Phoenix\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache Right click on the WebCache folder and then go to Properties > Security, then add the Everyone Group list and give it full permissions I hope I have not spoken to soon, let's see how this goes
