Hello I have some time, the error message EventID 4227 (tcpip.sys) in the event viewer I thought with Windows 7, there was no need to "patch" tcpip.sys? Thanks
What error messages are you getting other than what you see in the Event Viewer? Is your system performing as expected? If this is a new problem, did you make any system changes you can reverse to see if the event report goes away?
hi, have u tried TcpTimedWaitDelay tweaks ? look here: Code: technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc938217.aspx good luck.
no that's the default value, but u could increase it or decrease it depending on the issue u have. in ur case i guess u should increase it. u can reset it to default value (1e) if tweaks dont help. also u should take a look here for more details about tcp parameters tweaking. Code: speedguide.net/articles/windows-7-vista-2008-tweaks-2574 good luck. note1: you must restart your computer to apply the changes. note2: be careful when handling windows registry base.
