    What version of Windows 10? I would advise you copy it from existing functional Windows 10 System32 folder of the same version - if after all means to get it fixed have been exhausted.

    ive seen that message on fresh install.. err on many pcs.

    Just today i've installed windows "14393.693" 23 times (all editions) and i didn't see any error messages.

    after the updates, it's 14393.693

    I no ran the DISM health restore commands. I'll clear my event log now and restart

    After running the DISM Health / clean commands, the error disappeared :)

    while we're on the Event Log error topic,

    how to fix Event ID 10016:

    I've always had this error but never bothered fixing it
