hey, I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit... randomly from time to time, I keep getting a weird issue, where something I copy/cut , won't paste...unless I close the explorer and re-open it... I read some forums, which suggested it could have something to do with IE, so I removed it ... didn't quite understand how IE would affect explorer... either ways, the problem persists even after removing IE... I'd say the frequency of this problem is 2-5 / 100 times.... which isn't all that high, but it does get irritating A permanent solution is most welcome Cheers ! ------------- Other Notes :: ---------------------- I had upgraded from Vista to 7 ... incase that could be a possible issue... (assuming it has anything to do with system files...) maybe a clean install would fix it, but I just can't afford that on my PC , coz of the thousands of tweaks / settings on apps all across... if it was on my Laptop, I'd do it in a jiffy ! btw... My Laptop has Windows 7 Ultimate too, clean installed... no probs on that . . .
ran the scan, it says it fixed corrupt files... checked the CBS Log ... could make out that it has fixed a lot of renaming issues .. UI Theme . . . not quite sure if the problem is fixed or not ... only time will tell ... will let u know here if it gets fixed or not ...
