Extremely High Cpu Usage at Boot - challenge

    Hi All,

    When I start my laptop, I get 100% CPU usage for at least 5 full minutes.

    Can't do anything productive on the machine during this time.

    I'm asking for hep in diagnosing and resolving this please.

    Bitdefender 2016
    Emet
    Spybot Anti beacon

    Install a 3.party TaskManager and find out what's using the CPU! Then you could disable what isn't need to be running at Startup!

    Laptop specs?

    If it's low spec'd and windows is full of cr4p, and you have a load of useless things running like all those anti-malware programs, then of course it will

    start it in safe mode then look at start up programs, check off programs your not using , then restart normal see if that runs better if not do it again until you get it running right ;)
