So, whats the proper way to do a Office 2010 backup?

Some people say you need one or more parts of the registry including the cache and token.dat

I have a properly activated Office with a mak key and want to back it up.

Problem is that my mak activations is probably going to be used up, so it want to back up everything now.

When I format my hard drive later on, I want to restore Office with my original mak.

Reading the other posts, the backups work when uninstalling and reinstalling. But what about reformatting?
I read that theres a tool kit that will do it, but it also says its not perfect.

I downloaded the Backup and Restore batch file from one of the above posts, will this work for a reinstall and reformat?
