Hi 911Medic! I don't know if I completely understand your reply. I used the facilities of the EzH2O utility to replace the SLIC's public key and marker modules (menu option Components / Module / Replace module) and then I saved the modified BIOS. Then I decompressed the modified BIOS with LZMA, to verify if at least the utility had replaced the TOSHINV strings were replaced by the HPQOEM strings, which it had. So I was surprised that, after I flashed the new BIOS to my NB100 netbook, Everest still showed the Toshiba identifiers... Do you have any idea what happens here?!?
