    You can add .NET 2.0/3.0 via Programs and Features (same method used by Windows 8 and 8.1) - I'm doing so as I type this because Office 2013 requires this feature, as do several games.

    It is the Search app/icon. I changed some stuff related to Cortana in the registry and I got an error when opening search. Everything seems to be there, including a hidden TTS voice called "Microsoft Eva", but we need to activate it somehow.

    It's hidden. Make sure you have "show hidden files" option checked on.

    it's a hidden folder, you can cd into it from admin cmd or change acls in security tab

    no this is the VoiceWizard likes Siri on IOS :) it is simply Cortana from Windows Phone which you can access later via the search button on the Taskbar :)
    As We can remember the Name "Cortana" -> Its the Woman (the AI) from Halo :)

    Cortana's app sounds can be found at speechuxres.dll
    Open it with 7zip and extract the wave folder

    Not a big find but meh

    Today there worse an Update for the Kernel (KB3001512) Allows the device to get firmware from Publishers - 19MB :/
