I tried it... WONDERFUL! Unfortunately, "Microsoft Eva Mobile" TTS Voice can't be handled by popular Text To Speech software (like Nextup TextALoud and Balabolka). ... I just tried switching my Narrator voice from "David" to "Eva". Thank you.
Just want to share what happened to me on the day after installing 9879 on my main laptop and also seeking a fix: after installing ive used it then later closed the laptop to sleep the morning after i opened to see operating system not found then i thought hdd had died on me but not satisfied with that possibility i used a linux usb after starting the hdds partitions where there and upon restarting started 9879 so i used that method to install Windows 7 which fixes the issue that is unless you hard reset and your back to os not found, any idea on a fix?
there something strange with this build and hardrives. because for some reason when rebooting. my bios takes longer to detect the drives. my system multiboot system. windows 7 windows 8.1 both on same drive windows 10 on separate drive. when rebooting windows 10. it goes to the rebooting screen and monitor shuts offs ,usb shuts off and no harddrive activity. then after almost 1 later the system reboots. and then the bios hangs for a while when detecting the drives before it starts booting.
probably is TPM. who knows. I dont understand why would you have 7, 8.1 and 10 anyways. You need just one.
Hey guys Windows Media Player finally plays .flac files Says it doesn't recognize the file extension but plays them anyway! Just like with .mkv in 9860. Try it and confirm it too
Having them on the same partition, when Windows 10 is a Technical Preview, is not advisable. However, there is nothing wrong in having multi-boot Windows operating systems. One of the good reasons is to be freed from compatibility troubles.
i have issues with xsplit and obs recording the monitor does anyone know what could could have changed in windows 10 to do that
You are right and what dsbig described about the hdd shutting down happens to me only having it formatted didnt fix (still consedering the odd that a low level format will fix that because i only deleted the partition and installed 7 over and it might have messed with important disk sectors) (bootice said it had an unkown mbr but installing nt6 mbr didnt help)
Dual booting separate drives, rather than separate partitions is much safer I think. If you want to reuse the 10TP drive for something else, zero out the first 5 or 6% then use a partitioning program... at least that is what I had to do.
I have played flac files on windows 8.1 too (possibly 8 too) without installing any additional software

When opening command prompt, when pressing Alt+Enter it's showed in full screen (in current build 9879). I don't remember if this feature was in build 9860 or 9841.
Thanks. Doesn't seem to work on 9860, but maximize via the button or double-click on the top of the windows, cmd goes full screen now !
Should be right then. I have a lot of issues with keyboard shortcuts and snap features since I run my W10 on a dual-monitor setup. (WIN+ARROW LEFT/RIGHT for ex... are broken). But it seems I'm far from being alone, so it should be fixed soon.
