    "I did that before redpill. You just need to activate it on the old slc with a Win7Beta ProductCode, then swap to the WinVistaBeta slc dll and then it's all done."

    you can get metro oobe setup just by placing that patched slc.dll in $oem$ folder and doing a clean install but system properties still blank :(

    Me and my friend can't get this to work on either machines. We've saved it all ok, and it comes up in the theme options as automatic color change but it doesn't change with the wallpaper!

    Try a reboot, and make sure you replace the ini value that was there before.

    Same for me. I'm sad to not see it working, but I can survive without auto-colorization :) And I tried many reboots, BTW!

    Nop. I use slc.dll from this thread. For first time my explorer dow. After next rename file - explorer ok :) But if i klick Activate on genuine center? I show error message

    Activate with cmd:

    slmgr.vbs -ipk [Product Key]

    With a reboot before?

    Try fiddling with the sliders, if not try downloading one of the many auto changing aero.theme files posted around the forum

    Tut for Black Screen Of Death (requires pattern password):

    1. Login as administrator
    2. Lock PC
    3. Click on the administrator user
    4. Put pattern password
    5. Click on login Button!
    6. Voila...

    PS: This tut is working in my computer! On yours it "may" work...

    It works for me if I change the language to Spanish (Don't speak it, just wanted to test the language bar :p) and then press the back button to show all users. Then I login to my account and then it BSOD's :)
