yep I agree completely very good explanation, Mozilla take a long time to develop this project (Quantum) so imagine when final build arrive in november
I cannot say I ever experienced that problem. Of course, I have 2-step verification on just about everything, including here. Further, if you can crack my passwords, you've earned the account since I usually use 100+ characters on even less important sites. For example, 60 seconds ago, this was my real password here on MDL. PHP: eyUAGSXAmR7!%pEAb2Sd!#P5Qr2xx6vhsR8aqds@3qee4fp8wYJ3Gwm869ETRCCNjKf4P@TrPFGHgC9kDzT@FwWEcxx&whQA99^NK^^xCcB!6tNe#%h*sPYR6%uEe23XhVqvWgNJeT46t5bGGeW5xcV#$TYJMJ$z^x8#rD4zz^th3mEsG^kzyGtDkxRwb^j8v^P@j4zgpJBwZ6H&u#DUA5f@E8kQYvFUAJ6zHexZ^4^as952BVVpBY@sxAZMt9xQ&xnUs6gX*qur$^n^UxFwX9XnpZsZzWG!N!3kvv2aW@SE!*J$Zwdq*&CE9ad$^GmAPf2Kj2S25%MG4Vyr3zKXAFyZVzMzc#yyGSA44DkNmCZyVXYKH*9aTtwtWVNNtskgXB!$2TXxrmTPR%rer$$#P$f$hNXEcV$!WGv%yJcy!W97wzS2PH!!myehNQ9$C446@TUugjfe*R@d@sqsh6Q5KCajM^SJUqR@y5mKXqvm@JZdzj^EBq7D Now, this added with 2-step verification, I seriously doubt I would have the problem you have been facing and maybe that is why I continue not to have such problems.
Yea of course I have 2 step enabled, but after years of using Lastpass without any problems, just 48 hours after using BitWarden I had multiple attempts on multiple accounts, to me that shows BitWarden is extremely insecure and easily hackable Coincidence? I think not
If I recall correctly, you also claim anti-virus programs are snake oil (assuming I have not confused you with someone else with the same avatar). The problem about you importing your LastPass to BitWarden was that you had to decrypt your wallet into a plain text CVS file which can be read by any basic text editor (notepad for example). I suspect it was coincidence and if you have not wiped clean your computer recently, that perhaps you should run an anti-virus scanner (in my opinion). I have been using LastPass with BitWarden for about 6 months (1/2 a year) and have had zero such issues, yet you claim to have such issues in 2 days. I am not doubting your experience and if I had experienced as you did, I would be mindful too. But I do question on how you ended up with such results given how popular they have become (recommended by Firefox and Google) and as far as I know, you are the only person who has reported this. As I said, I have been using it flawlessly for nearly 1/2 a year now without issue and if other folks were having your issues, there would be reports about it everywhere. But I digress, as I believe @Nucleus is right in his previously edited post... We really are getting off topic here and I'd be open to talking about this in either a PM or in another thread if you wish to make one.
Yea you mistake me with Paul Desmond who hasn't been a member of this forum for months / years, I run NOD32, best to get facts straight before accusations
I do apologize for my confusion. Although I only recall Paul Desmond having this avatar since I have been here (he still has an old sticky thread in this forum too). https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/pauls-x-files.57077/ But I do apologize if I confused you with him. Nevertheless, I do stand by my belief that it would have been a coincidence since as far as I know, you are the only one who faced this problem. I have been using it for about 1/2 a year and I would assume, so have many others as it is recommended by Firefox and Google. With that many people behind it, if this was a real issue, there would be reports about it everywhere.
Yea PD only ever had that Avatar afaik, and I've only ever had this one, never seen anyone else use my Avatar either, I used to joke around with PD about him saying AVs were imaginary and useless because that's all he ever said about them, maybe where you're confusing it from
Agreed. Let's continue this here https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/firefox-is-changing.74942/page-5#post-1375427
Despite it not showing in the smilies panel, Off Topic still works. Apparently the larger ones had to be removed but typing the code still works, and if ever a thread needed it - this is the one! Code: :offtopic:
