Yeah from that build thread... I had Quantum installed most of today but just binned it. I couldn't get the spell checker to work, it was enabled in settings. It works flawlessly when posting in Chrome. May be something to do with this site, dunno. Also missed the simplistic right click on a page and "Translate to English", looked for a FF addon but didn't find one that worked. Will no doubt have another look when it's out of beta but still, changing to a different web browser is real difficult.
LastPass has confirmed that although they were given 1 full year's worth of advance notice concerning Firefox's new API, that they have not even started to develop an update and do not expect one until November 2017. Meanwhile, my spouse took the time to import LastPass's data into Bitwarden and am happily using Firefox with no issue.
This really is what every Firefox user has been waiting for. It's faster and more responsive than Chrome or Edge. I am loving every moment of it.

Hi is simple dude search in extensions for instant translate (select and translate) works like a charm
Why would I want to add an extension to enable me to "Select" and translate when in Chrome/Iron I can right click on a page and "Translate to English". I use cloud.mail.ru for some cloud storage so it's just perfect, but having said that I know what most of the links do now, so rarely need to translate.
Firefox has begun to deliver its Downloads containing a new add-On Cliqz. Which will also continuously send back data.... Check it out....
Hi, How can I enable again Old extensions? I did the about:config trick for enable legacy addons but it says "Deactivated" and I can't do it. Any idea? Thanks
The old extensions are incompatible. You must wait for the developer to update their add-on or seek an alternative. Developers were given 1 years advance notice of the new API. I would suggest you find an alternative.
