That beast is well over powered for WHS :D
Your old server with a couple of new drives would run WHS well.
Most people are running SBS for "Exchange" or "SharePoint" neither work well if at all under WHS.
But, in your case all should be fine, :)

Just one thing, make sure uTorrent is downloading its files to a Folder/Drive outside of the "DrivePool" or they'll get corupted. ;)

Most definitely am, pulling down to a 300g drive that's not in the storage array, and once it's finished, it moves it to a share, then I extract, let it seed to somewhere around 1.5-2.0 ratio, then can the files. It's actually working much better than my old 2k3 server (only because I took more time to set it up though).

Well, I see they got a TOS violation on it, which cracks me up.

I see the reup no longer works and sadly I deleted the original I had (I switched to a mac lol). If anyone still has it please let me know. I will dig through my backups.

when I launch oemactivation.vbs I get the error in the image.
    What was wrong?
I use an OEM HP slip bios into an Asrock MB.......I tried also to put manually the key in the activation box but the system told me that the key are wrong.
    What to do?

    Regards

That means you messed up something while creating the disk
    What did you do?

I got the 120 day trial from the MS website then I run the build.cmd file and I use the HP choice.
The system build the new iso that I burn and install without entering any key.
When the setup finished I run the oemactivation.vbs
