@ The Dev..... Why do you say that NTFS is not good for flash drives? I have all my flash drives formatted NTFS for years with no problems. This is not a challenge, just an inquiry.
Thanks Bytebuster. Welll.......ok. The only realistic thing I can see is speed. How that amounts to anything in the real world depends on the size of the files that are being processed and how accurate the tester's results are. But it's good information. Thanks again.
I did all steps up to step 5, my disk shows the exact thing what your "Disk 2" shows, its says No media, 0 B. I cannot proceed with step 5 and further because it says "No volume selected" My disk has no media, its has zero bytes volume, and doesnt show up in my computer. It can be only viewed in disk management, its says 'Disk 1', no media, no volume. Driver seems to be working fine, general properties are also fine, volume properties are not. What seems to be the problem and what do you think is wrong with the flash drive? If its not hardware fault or some hardware is missing, how can I fix it? Thank you,
I have had success using the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool - HPUSBDisk.exe. It has re-formatted USB flash drives that Windows couldn't or wouldn't.
