Come on. This is clearly a problem of the integrated flash player, maybe just limited to the x64 version (the OP didn't mention the architectiure) but usually the x64 builds of chromium and derivatives aren't just pointless but also slower and plenty of problems, but most people keep installing them just because the fancy bigger number.
The problem is with one website on one browser only. The PC is new. There is no issue with the PC. It's a flash issue on the Chrome browser with VODLocker.com. So yes it is a problem in Chrome.
I Also have a similar problem with Some Streaming links that just started in this latest build Fresh 11082 x64 but I'm using IE. Vodlocker and Vidto.me and few others its 50/50 if they load ,sometimes takes 3 or 4 refreshes to play or IE browser crashes during the spinning buffer thing. Dunno if its IE or Flash problem as 11082 and The Latest big flash security update came out similar time. For sure theres a problem somewhere.
