Merci mais les applications métro restent en anglais, je les ai réinstallées, certaines sont en français, mais l'application courrier pose problème : elle est en francais mais en fait c'est celle de windows 8 et pas celle de windows 8.1. tu as ce problème aussi ?

Anyway, to answer your question, the Metro apps language is ruled by the Store server, and at the moment the included apps are only in english in the 8.1 Store. If you install the french apps, you may come across to old and not updated apps, like the Mail one. (Les apps metro 8.1 sont en anglais pour la plupart sur le store, si tu mets les versions françaises alors tu vas te retrouver avec des vieilles versions pas mises à jour, comme l'application courrier) I wondered that too, but I guess DMCA will go on MDL soon (I remember that even fake keys should be masked, like in the Bob65536 thread about key decoding)
Yeah I thought similar, must have been a few changes around here. Like you I've noticed keys posted, telephone activation being discussed etc. Hopefully a mod/admin may see this and update us all. Hey bud, I don't know and was just curious (see my comment above). Things must have changed since the last I knew so maybe your links were okay - I don't know.
