Thanks Mr.X. Downloading them all right now with the powershell script. A few caveats though, You must have powershell 3.0 or better, and the download directory of "C:\Downloads\ebooks\" must exist. Thanks again.
My philosophy is that if a product is not intuitive and needs resorting to instructions, then it's not mature enough for marketing.
Kind of like Excel... Until you have to do something fancy like make the rows alternate in color. Are you dumbfounded when that happens ? I'm not.
@Mr.X: Yup. Sad state of affairs, this world is. Everybody wants to be Google Scholars. Then I suggest you stay away from anything compiler or assembler.
Why am I suddenly reminded of buying my first copy of MS-DOS? 1 - 3.5" floppy and about 25 LBS of printed manuals. Debug and Edlin? WTH are those? Ahh, the good old days.
Four links have been found dead during download. Can someone arrange them please? http://ligman.me/2txxLic http://ligman.me/2t3xIav http://ligman.me/2tEHPV9 http://ligman.me/2tEKIoU
They are Microsoft's direct links. They can't be arranged at all. At most, someone can mirror already downloaded files in case someone is willing to help.
