Free Windows Server 2012 Standard licence from WebsiteSpark

I tried an hour ago, no problems! I registered for a new microsoft account and also a new hotmailaddress at the same time.
loged in to hotmail and then signed up for webspark. Got 5 keys right away

Is the install much bigger than Windows 8 as i only have a 32gb Msata SDD?

 

Can I use the Windows Server 2012 Standard Keys for the Datacenter Edition?
And when not where I get one?

 

I stand to be corrected but I believe if you select Server Std in your dreamspark account you will only be issued with that edition, you can activate 2 systems however not DataCenter.

Choose which edition you want initially or get another dreamspark account if you want both.

 

So what type of website would you need to keep the key active?

How can the terms of the registration keys so they don't deactivate them not be relevant.
