We don't support any Warez here at all, TMK. And it certainly doesn't belong to this topic (freeware).
I was using CCleaner for sometime and now moved to BleachBit. It's not that easy to use as CCleaner but a better tool at what it does. Wipes stuff thoroughly without leaving any traces. I cannot post links so you can just DuckduckGo 'BleachBit' Hope it helps someone
