librewolf is simply firefox minus the telemetry & can not be compared with tor if you ask me. if you are looking for a firefox fork with enhanced privacy there is also dawn made by the makers of ghostery. b.t.w. librewolf is the only firefox fork which is up-to-date with the latest version of firefox.
Thanks for pointing at it . I looked at revues for it and i dont see any real difference ........ that make a difference .......... a few things missing that dont realy make a difference .......... and a few settings that one can allready do in firefox . Did i miss anything important ? That realy makes a security difference or security better ? The only thing i do to firefox that i cant do in the settings section is this .......... i have no idea if it works or makes any sense ........ just got it from the net ---- > Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox] "DisableTelemetry"=dword:00000001 "DisableDefaultBrowserAgent"=dword:00000001
am unable to vouch for that but why not take them both for a test drive when you have more time on hand. librewolf has ublock while dawn has ghostery as their respective shields.
