Thank you for the clarification. I came across the Dreamspark key, and I came across the Microsoft x64 trial ISO image, so I think if it works with 2003 just like with 2008, it would be wonderful! I will go the SLP Key way then. I already had experience in activating my home-made OEM XP Pro, so it would not be too difficult for 2003, just that following the link it seems that some extra work for converting trial to OEM? Unfortunately trial is the only image I have for x64.

Part 3 is asking access code "OR" school/organization. Leave the access code blank, select "China-CERNET" which you have already done, and then click "Continue". Another window will pop up asking for credentials. Check the info on page 1.

Originally Microsoft banned anyone with a China IP address to download software from the dreamspark website. Now that there are other ways MS doesn't have the ban anymore on there.
Just to give everyone an FYI there is no Windows 7 Enterprise on Dreamspark, thank you to all that have sent me PM's requesting it, but I can not help you with that. Windows 7 Enterprise is no different then Ultimate, only thing missing is the games. Hope everyone has a great Holiday season....
